Scope

Standardization in the field of maintenance and repair of concrete structures including :

conceptual framework for maintenance of concrete structures under performance-based system

steps that should be taken in the case of design and construction of new structures to facilitate maintenance operations

nondestructive testing evaluation, repair, restoration of strength of deteriorated concrete structures, especially considering that several NDT tools are specific to certain mechanisms of deterioration

evaluation of repair/strengthening materials and methods and

evaluation of structural behavior of repaired/strengthened concrete members
